Cancellation and Refund Policy

It is the policy of Tradovision to adhere to standards of ethics and equity in all of its communications. This includes cancellation and refund policies.

With the exception of contracts and recurring translation projects, all translations are to be paid for in advance.

All cancellations of services contracted by the client require a written notice to Tradovision.

If a client cancels or withdraws the translation - for any reason - prior to Tradovision having begun the performance of service(s), the client will be entitled to a refund of the applicable fees. A refund shall be issued via check by mail, Paypal, or credit card according to the manner of payment received from client at the time the order was confirmed. Credit card processing fees will be deducted from the paid amount.

If you change your mind after we have started work on your project, a full refund cannot be processed because we will need pay the translator for work completed up to that point. A refund will then be issued in the amount of that portion of the total estimated cost applicable to the work already performed.
